On a Beam of Light: A Story of Albert Einstein by Jennifer Berne Reviewed by Will

Guest Blogger: Will

Do you want a deep overview all about "Mr. Wacky-faced Einstein"? Then this book is the perfect choice! This book tells you about Einstein's favorite stuff, how he got the E=MC2 formula, and his theory of relativity!
There are so many facts that most people don't know about Einstein! I think anybody and everybody would love to know these CRAZY facts!
My favorite part was in the very back of the book, where it tells about Einstein's favorite things, like his favorite shoes, pants, shirt, and compass!
I would recommend this book to anybody who likes "space technology". What I mean by that is understand how things go on in space, like black holes warp space and time.

Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets by J.K. Rowling, reviewed by Sasha and Molly

Guest bloggers: Molly and Sasha

Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets is about a 12 year old boy who goes to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. The book starts with the Weasley's (well, Fred, George, and Ron) rescuing Harry from the Dursley's with a flying car! When Harry gets to Hogwarts he starts hearing voices in the walls. Ron said that it isn't a great sign to hear voices in the wizarding world. It seems that the dreaded Chamber of Secrets has been opened once again!
Our favorite part is when Harry saves Ginny and when the phoenix takes them back to the girls' bathroom.  Once we thought we saw a red bird that looked like a phoenix!
We would recommend this book to anyone who likes magic. we would also recommend this book to people who like cool creatures that are very creative!

Guest blogger: Emilea

Do you like robots? Do you like sauce? Then you'll love Robo-Sauce!
When a boy wants to play robot, nobody will play with him! He learns the secret of a magic potion called Robo-sauce that turns humans into robots. It's all happy and fun times until robots take over! Will the whole world turn into robots?! Read and find out!
My favorite part of this book is when you follow the directions to the book and it becomes a ROBO-BOOK! I also like how the boy pours a whole bowl of robo-sauce on his head.
If you like puzzles, you will love this book. If you think robots are fun, then you will REALLY like this book!

Guest Blogger: Will

If you want to learn all about the elements from the Periodic Table, then this book is for you! It has information about all 118 amazing substances! For the drawings of the elements, they are actually cute, little characters.
All the elements each have three facts about themselves, a small paragraph about their history, and much more. Read this book to know about all the awesome elements!
My favorite part of this book was the characters. You can think of them as people, but with properties that elements have! I love the way the book was written.
I would recommend this book to anyone who likes ANYTHING about science, chemistry, and The Periodic Table. Also, if you like to learn about those things, you too will love this book!

Introduction

Hello! Welcome to Book Snitches. As in, this is where we are going to snitch on our favorite books! I am Miss Perron, a second grade teacher in Massachusetts. I love books, as do my students and my daughter. I wanted to create a place where we could share about books we've read. Sometimes I will review the books, but I also plan on having many guest bloggers!  Most of these guests are elementary age students, so who better to write about kids books?!
I came across this infographic recently. In order to support the amazing authors and illustrators whose work we post here, we will also post a review on Amazon. XOXO
